  • Outcome: Every project will have at least one new and innovative design component, experiment, or strategy for their project ready to implement between April and August.
  • At the end of the day: Each project must be able to answer: What is the change you are designing to achieve? How are you measuring that change? What is the innovative component or strategy?

9:30-12:00 -- Project teams and buddy groups begin working to develop their innovation designs. Projects seek guidance from Key Informants and Consultants positioned at twelve Conversation Stations placed around the room.  Please Tweet using #i3corps.
